Terms of Service

Hello! Thank you for taking an interest in commissioning me! Here is some clarifying information to help you commission away with full knowledge 🐵

Commission Types:

Since I'm only doing commissions as a hobby, I only have two types of styles I am offering.Chibi - $15+
Full Cartoon - $30+Both include a colored and shaded full figure with a simple color background. I will offer 2 revisions for the sketch, and 2 revisions for flat colors. I'll try my best to see your vision through, but I don't feel confident that I will be able to carry it out if I can't get it in the first few attempts 😅Additional Figures - $5 per character
Additional Requests - Case-by-Case pricing, but hopefully no more than an additional $10.

Wills and Won'ts

Payment and Refunds

I accept Paypal/Kofi as payment methods!
I'll send an invoice after finishing line art/before starting colors, and will require payment before I send off the finished piece.
You can cancel your commission without any hassle right up until I send the invoice.
If you paid before the final product is complete, I will issue a full refund up until base colors are complete, and then a partial refund up until the background is included. Afterwards, I'd consider the drawing complete, outside of small touch-ups. After completion, I cannot give out refunds. I hope you understand 🙇

Last Little Notes

-Commissions are not allowed to be used in NFTs-Commissions are not allowed to be used for AI or anything of the sort. Do not upload my work to AI databases/ AI sites.-I am only a hobby artist, I do not have the legal know-with-all to navigate commissions being used for commercial usage. Works are private usage only, and are prohibited from being sold.- - -I'll ask permission to post certain works (with commission watermark overlaid) if the work involves any fandom/media I like to interact with ( Hetalia, Zelda, etc.) You are free to say no. If the art is a gift for someone, and you are fine with me posting the art, but only after your giftee receives their work, that's wonderful! Just let me know and I can hold off until they got their surprise 💃If you have a specific vision in mind for your piece, feel free to share any inspo/color palettes/ideas/etc with me before hand/during the revisions! I won't outright copy someone's work, but I'll do my best to draw inspiration from what you show me 😊If you have a dead line you would like to have work done by, let me know! As an general rule of thumb, I will give an estimated time of 1-2 weeks to work on a piece, depending on how busy my IRL schedule is, and I'll either work with you, or let you know if something isn't a feasible time period for me to get everything sorted in 🙏Last but not least, if there is something you wanted that either you are unsure if I am able to draw it or just falls slightly outside the scope of what I'm offering but have drawn in the past, send me a DM and we can discuss it further. This is just a lil side hustle, so I'm not really wanting to draw full-on illustrations, but I'm always willing to hear someone out.
